Q. How do I customize the poker chips.

A.We offer full color chip inserts and hot stamping

Q. Is there a setup fee for custom poker chips

             A. There is no set up fee to 3 Initials or chip denominations. 

              There is a $.06 fee per chip per side for the stamping process

               There is a one time set up fee for custom design stamping.

Q. How do I get custom poker chips.

A. For custom hot stamp designs or color inserts, once we receive the artwork for the custom design (s) we will provide you with digital proof that will best approximate the finished product. We will be happy to design work for you if you do not have camera ready artwork. Simply let us know what you want and we will prepare the design and provide a proof just as we would if you provided the artwork. From there, all you need to do is approve the design and we will take it from there.                                                         

Q. What are the requirements for custom chips artwork.

A. Hot stamping should be created using black and white only. As hot stamping is a one color process,

no color or shades of gray should be used. Designs submitted with color or shades in gray scale may take longer to process.

Both RGB and CMYK files are acceptable. The stampable area is 7/8", and files should be set up at no less than 400 pixels per inch.

Color chip inserts are 1 1/4" in diameter and should be set up in CMYK at no less than 600 pixels per inch.

Acceptable formats for both color chip inserts and hot stamping are jpg, tif, pdf, psd, and .ai

Q. Is there a minimum order for custom chips?

A. There is an order minimum of 300 chips for hot stamping and 5000 chips for color chip inserts.

Orders for less than 5000 color chips are available for and additional setup fee.

Q. How long does it take for custom chips.

A. Turn around time for hot stamping is up to one week for initials or denominations, and up to two weeks for custom logos.

           Q. What are Composite Chips?

                                  A. Composite chips are a combination of clay and ABS resins for durability.
                         Most of these chips have a thin metal insert for weight and balance for the perfect feel.

              Q. How do I know which chips can be hot stamped?

                     A. In the description of the chips it is noted which ships can be hot stamped.

                                                                     Q. How many chips do I need.

                                         A. The following amounts are what we recommend for a home game.

                                              For 2-3 people the amount of poker chips needed is 250 to 300.

                                              For 4-5 people the amount of poker chips needed is 350 to 500.

                                              For 5-6 people the amount of poker chips needed is 500 to 650.

                                              For 6-8 people the amount of poker chips needed is 650 to 750

                                              For 8-10 people the amount of poker chips needed is 750 to 1000

                                                     It is better to have to many then not enough poker chips.
